Our corporate objectives are to render competent, timely, and professional business valuation and forensic consulting services, supported by the generally accepted body of knowledge in the fields of accounting, finance, business valuations, and forensics, under the highest ethical and professional standards.
As such, we are constantly upgrading and updating our systems, procedures, and staff training methods to continually achieve those objectives and we consider our active participation in nationally recognized valuation professional organizations an integral part of those objectives.
With over 60 years’ of experience in the profession, our staff concentrates in helping clients deal with valuation issues in estate planning, divorce, financing, litigation support, mergers, acquisitions, business matters and shareholder disputes.
Our business valuation and forensic practice is led by our managing director, Francisco "Frank" Rosillo, who was named 2008 Instructor of the Year by the Institute of Business Appraisers, a nationally recognized valuation and accreditation organization, he is also Chairman of the ABAR Qualifications Review Committee
Frank has a unique combination of credentials.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), he is a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation (BVAL) and he is also accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR).
He was one of the 2009 Program Chairs at the NACVA/IBA Joint Conference held in Boston, Mass., where business appraisers from all over the United Stated and Canada gathered to exchange information and attend continuing education programs. Frank was also part of a Trends Panel of nationally known experts presenting at the conference. At the NACVA/IBA Joint Conference, he was also recognized as one of IBA's 2009 Instructors of Exceptional Distinction.
Along with Howard Lewis, IBA’s executive director, Frank co-authored the course content for IBA’s Business Appraisal Review curriculum. He was selected by a poll of south Florida attorneys, published in the 2010 10th Anniversary South Florida Legal Guide, as one of the top CPAs and accounting professionals in Business Valuations and Litigation Support. Frank recently also authored IBA’s Report Writing and Analysis course manual and he served as a contributing author/editor of the AICPA’s 2007-2008 AICPA Review Course. He is a nationally known author and trainer in Business Valuation subjects.
Mr Rosillo is also licensed to practice public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the respective boards of accountancy in the states of Florida, California, North Carolina, Michigan and Indiana.
