Our Managing Director, Mr. Frank Rosillo, is accredited as a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) and as a Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation Support (BVAL) by the Institute of Business Appraisers, in addition, Mr. Rosillo is also accredited as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Association of Certifed Fraud Examiners, by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts as a Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA) and by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Business Valuations (ABV).
Mr Rosillo is a frequent speaker at national valuation seminars.
Mr Rosillo is also licensed to practice public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the respective boards of accountancy in the states of Florida, California, North Carolina, Michigan and Indiana.
