Our business valuation practice is led by our managing partner, Frank Rosillo. A frequent speaker on valuation and forensic accounting issues, Frank has an exceptional combination of credentials. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), he is a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Business Valuator Accredited in Litigation (BVAL) and is accredited in Business Appraisal Review (ABAR). With over 30 years’ of experience in the profession, Frank concentrates in helping clients deal with valuation issues in estate planning, divorce, financing, litigation support, mergers, acquisitions, business matters and shareholder disputes.
Frank was named 2008 Instructor of the Year by the Institute of Business Appraisers, a nationally recognized valuation accreditation organization.
